Do you want me to present you an English learning and practicing site?
Here it is. It's "Memrise".
This is the homepage of the site. It is a language learning site. Memrise doesn't address new beginners but it can be easily applied to the other learning stages.
There are actually 19 people who work for the creation of this page.
I wanna give information about two of them: Anne Sørensen and Daniel Zohar.

Anne Sørensen is in charge of in-house content creation efforts.
She speaks Danish, English, and German and she is learning Mandarin and Spanish. She has a BA in history with an MA in linguistics.

Daniel Zohar helps ensure Memrise works flawlessly on all platforms and coordinates all technical efforts. Aside from a glittering career founding and growing startups, he's a keen heavy metal guitarist. He is known to look exceedingly cheerful at times of great stress. He speaks Hebrew and is learning Latvian.
As I mentioned earlier, it's a language learning website. You can find many languages there including basic English. Besides basic English, you can choose to learn basic Arabic, Spanish, basic Brazilian, or even sign languages.
When you choose a language to learn, it becomes one of your courses. For example, I chose basic English and it's one of my courses.
Memrise is absolutely a vocabulary teaching and practicing website. There are levels. When you finish a level in which you see the definition of words, the platform demands you to type the words or choose an option directly related to the definition of them, you can go further and you see the other levels. In these practices, you are expected to brainstorm and memorize the words that you learn.

- When it comes to my opinions, I can say that it is a good website but it can be improved. It can be more colorful. I like the "About me" section and the "Team" section.
- In the "About me" section, you can see their way-out aims. They are very informative and show their concise view on learning words in English with brainstorming.
- The "Team" section is also enjoyable. By looking at the employers or founders, you see they are sociable, educated, advanced, and sophisticated people and you assume you can trust them.
